I don’t have a “real” mantle over my fireplace, but I wasnt going to allow that to get in the way of having the full Christmas experience with garland hanging over my fireplace. I use these reusable hooks (which are also waterproof, if you need something for your shower), they’re super strong and sturdy. I also use these smaller hooks .
For the garland, I found this on Amazon and “doctored” it up with faux greenery from Michaels, along with ribbon, this sparkle thin garland and ornaments
