One day I will splurge (or register, god willing!) for a Vitamix. In the meantime, I have been on a search for the perfect mixer/blender combo that does not take up all the counter space in my tiny city condo. This Mixer/blender is amazing. It blends (smoothies, margs and other beverages) , chops vegetables (makes dicing onions less tearful) to make salsa and pico de gallo and mixes other sauces and dressing. Also – super affordable and compact!

2019 I am trying to be more environmentally friendly – these reusable storage/sandwich bags are amazing! They can go in the freezer, microwave and are dishwasher safe!
